We are celebrating today the National Students Day which falls on 19 May 1956, when Algerian Students were called to a strike by the Central Union of Algerian Muslim students.
This strike was part of the support of Algerian Students to their glorious revolution against the brutality of French Police.
The General Union of Algerian Muslim Students called the Algerian Students, in that day, to leave school and join National Liberation Front.
