Celebration of the National Day of Algerian Muslim Scouts under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic
By presidential decree n ° 21-172 of April 28, 2021, dated May 27 was consecrated as National Day of Algerian Muslim Scouts" (SMA).
This date, which corresponds to that of the execution of Shahid Mohamed Bouras, founder of the SMA, was established as the National Day of Algerian Muslim Scouts in
order to preserve national memory, strengthen national solidarity and immortalize the epics of the Algerian people through the history.
This day is celebrated throughout the national territory (including Algerian diplomatic and consular representations), through events and activities strengthening the role of
SMA in safeguarding national and human values and promoting the spirit of solidarity.
